Position Purpose and Summary
The Guest Services Representative ("GSR") position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves assisting guests at all times, answering phones, and managing check-ins and check-outs according to company guidelines. The GSR also completes daily front office paperwork and ensures safety and security procedures are followed for all associates and guests.
