Position Purpose and Summary

The Guest Services Representative ("GSR") position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and completing daily front office paperwork. The GSR ensures adherence to safety and security procedures for all guests and staff.

Key Job Duties

• Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process, demonstrating respect and kindness.
• Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments in line with company policies.
• Manage cash, credit, and city ledger accounts accurately.
• Set up and dismantle breakfast displays timely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Promote hotel amenities and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Gather guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct property tours to ensure standards are met.
• Assist with maintaining hotel cleanliness and participate in cross-training in housekeeping and laundry.
• Follow all safety and security policies, reporting issues promptly.

Compensation
