Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is seeking team members to deliver prompt, professional food and beverage service within a high-volume environment. You will be part of a welcoming team supporting cash handling, inventory, and menu knowledge to delight guests.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, English communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures.
• Prepares food item presentations according to guidelines and delivers to the guest.
• Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required.
• Monitors guests at all times, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
