Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to learn and operate Property Management Systems.
• Familiar with Opera, HOTSOS, Alliant, Sertifi, Resy and Zomato.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• TIPS certification required.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Schedule flexibility including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk and lift 35+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Serve Continental Breakfast and provide complimentary appetizers and beverages.
• Know the local area including restaurants, attractions and shops.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities, room types, outlets, activities and safety procedures to arrange dining, theatre, tours and travel.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel and local area with prompt and professional follow-up information.
• Other duties as assigned.
