Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to deliver prompt, professional service in a fast-paced resort environment. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, knowledge of menu offerings, and collaboration with a diverse team.

Candidates should have F&B experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume Food & Beverage operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures.
• Prepares food item presentations according to guidelines and delivers to the guest.
• Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required.
• Monitors guests at all times, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
