Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and assist customers at our Cincinnati-area location. You will greet guests, handle transactions at the POS, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment while following company policies and procedures.

This role requires reliable teamwork and a customer-first attitude. Flexibility for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts and a pay rate in the $12.50–$14.50 range are highlighted in

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps, and make change accurately.
• Ability to move and stock merchandise, and keep shelves and displays neat.
• Ability to tolerate cold temperatures and lift/push items as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Operate the POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized shelves and displays.
• Maintain safe store operations and comply with all policies and procedures.
• Assist with timekeeping and reporting as required by management.
