Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English to communicate effectively with customers.
• Comfort with handling cash, making change and processing transactions accurately.
• Willingness to work part-time scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests with a warm, authentic greeting.
• Assist with shake/malt prep, ice cream, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately, manage transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, rotate products and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Maintain store safety, security, and following policies and procedures.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned by management.
