Job summary

My Place Hotels of America is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Bismarck, ND. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and assist with reservations and charges for rooms, taxes, and site services.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach. You will respond to guest inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, process reservations, and record charges according to hotel policy.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and services.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, and manage wake-up calls with courtesy.
• Handle credit card authorizations, cash transactions, and provide change accurately.
• Maintain organized front desk records, logs, and nightly audit tasks; report issues to the General Manager.
• Follow safety and security protocols and conduct regular property checks.
• Promote Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to guests and assist with program enrollment.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed and ensure entrances and public areas are clean and stocked.
