Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, answer calls, and support front desk operations with a focus on accuracy and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and respond or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash; count bank at start and end of shift; report cash over/short per procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data with proper privacy.
• Follow check-in/out checklist and gather IDs and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
