Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Server to join our restaurant team at our travel centers. You will provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests and help ensure a smooth dining experience on busy shifts.

The role requires good verbal communication, basic POS knowledge, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays while supporting a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous food service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to all guests.
• Welcome and serve customers courteously, quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude.
• Promote daily specials and answer menu questions.
• Process transactions on a point-of-sale (POS) register.
• Prioritize tasks according to kitchen and dining guest needs.
• Maintain equipment per operating standards and safety procedures.
• Build strong communication with leaders and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
