The Inn at Willow Grove is seeking a courteous Front Desk and Concierge team member to support overnight audit duties and guest services. You will manage front desk operations, assist with reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the front desk, concierge, and reservations. Communicate with guests on all levels.
• Provide focused, customized service with anticipatory guest service.
• Deliver and set up room service trays.
• Run nightly reports including trial balance.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Assist housekeeping with nightly chores.
• Be familiar with operating procedures for hotel equipment and interact calmly and courteously.

As an award-winning boutique hotel, The Inn at Willow Grove provides guests with an unsurpassed luxury experience. We are looking for someone to join our Front Desk and Concierge team to assist with overnight audit. Our staff consists of guest service-oriented individuals who are energetic, organized, methodical and can work both as a team player and independently towards one goal - maximum guest satisfaction. Hourly Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00 per hour plus potential tips. Hours will be 11pm-7am Friday and Saturday at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all day-to-day operations of the front desk, concierge, and reservations. Communicate with guests on all levels.
• Provide focused, customized service with a clear understanding of anticipatory guest service.
• Deliver, assist and set up room service trays.
• Nightly reports and tasks to include running and understanding reports to include trial balance.
• Take care of all guests and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Assists housekeeping department as needed with nightly chores.
• Fully aware of operating procedures for all electrical and electronic equipment in the guest room. Serves the guests in a calm, discrete and courteous manner, respecting timing standards. The ability to hold a conversation with a guest in a natural and spontaneous manner.

Requirements

• Part-time overnight shift with potential for concierge hours as well.
• Service oriented and enjoy working with the public. Previous customer service experience preferable.
• Self-motivated and able to perform duties without supervision.
• Strong organizational skills a must.
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Able to lift 50 to 70 pounds and stay active for extensive periods of time.
• POS system experience is not necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
