• Act as property liaison and provide guests/residents information in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to support office efficiency.
• Partner with the Property Manager and communicate regularly to address inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts quickly.
