Job summary

Balboa Park is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to welcome visitors and facilitate merchandise sales in the Visitors Center Gift Shop. The role requires excellent customer service and engagement with a diverse visitor base, managing product displays, and assisting at the Visitor Services Desk.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in retail or hospitality. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy environment are essential. This part-time position offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications
