Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Diego is seeking a friendly Sales Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest service, provide product information, and upsell when appropriate. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, operate the register, and help maintain clean, well-presented merchandise areas.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old, strong communication, cash handling, and English proficiency. This is a part-time, on-site role with up to 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Prior retail or guest-service experience preferred.
• Able to handle cash and operate POS.
• Excellent reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; provide product information.
• Resolve guest questions and issues.
• Upsell products and manage transactions at the register.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and merchandise displays.
• Help with stocking and inventory counts.
