Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Guest Services Manager for Voyager RV Resort to oversee the front desk operations and service delivery. You will train associates, manage check-in/check-out, and promote in-house activities to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires RV or hotel operations experience, strong communication and exceptional customer service, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences at a 55+ community resort.

Qualifications

• Front desk supervisory experience required.
• Experience with reservation systems (DigiRez, ManageAmerica, RoomMaster).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train staff and handle guest requests.
• Experience in RV or hotel operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during shifts.
• Train associates on PMS, resort services, pricing and promos.
• Address guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling per productivity guidelines.
• Communicate shift information through logs and meetings.
