Job summary

The Car Park is seeking a Management level professional to oversee daily operations in Tampa, FL. This role supports the Account Manager, schedules Team Members, and ensures staffing aligns with contractual obligations across our locations.

The ideal candidate holds at least an Associate Degree and 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in customer service, with strong MS Office skills and a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proven ability to lead teams including professional and front-line staff.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise team members across daily operations.
• Ensure staffing levels and respond to customer and client inquiries.
• Maintain professional operations at parking locations and meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee safety, procedure adherence and cash handling during events.
• Train staff in customer service, safety, and inclusion.
