Job summary

The Tampa EDITION Hotel is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day parking operations, staff scheduling, and client inquiries at our Tampa location. This full-time role requires a hands-on leader who can optimize real-time utilization and uphold service excellence.

You will promote client relationships, ensure compliance with security and cash control procedures, onboard/offboard team members, and mentor staff to deliver professional, courteous service 24/7.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• 5+ years management or supervisory experience in customer service.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parking operations and scheduling.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries.
• Ensure operations meet contractual obligations and safety standards.
• Promote client relationship development through outstanding communication.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and performance management of Team Members.
• Maintain cash handling and security procedures across locations.
