Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee front desk operations and guest interactions at our Atlanta property. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring professional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

You will train new agents, manage daily transactions, and coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping to fulfill guest requests while maintaining safe and efficient staffing.

Ensure that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner. Smile and greet customers in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIESCan perform and assist with all the front desk functions to include but not limited to the following Guest Service Aide, PBX Operator, Guest Service Agent, Reservationists, etc. Has complete working knowledge and understands the software system, to include all daily transactions, and reservations operations.Knows how and where to post all charges and knows all the room rates. Train all new Guest Service Agents.Communicate with the Engineering Department regarding any maintenance requests from the guests.Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
