Responsible for supervising the front desk area, maintaining data on future room occupancy, tracking reservation requests, hiring and training new sales and service associates, and maintaining liaison with sales, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting departments. Fast, fun, and friendly are the main characteristics of this position.
