What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and validate consumer warranty claims, ensuring accurate assessment of service records and eligibility for assistance
- Communicate effectively with external channel partner escalation teams to resolve warranty claims
- Analyze work processes to identify errors and recommend improvements to enhance service quality
- Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, returns, and exchanges in the marketplace
- Provide social media response support and publish customer service reports regarding warranty metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within the consumer electronics or appliance industry
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service ticketing systems
- Ability to empathize and enhance customer experiences with appliance-related challenges
