Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 3 years of previous customer service experience required.
• High School or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be neat, well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with hotel services and problems.
• Coordinate transportation needs for guests.
• Provide information on the Cape May area and arrange tours.
• Maintain accurate information on local hours, venues, and shows.
• Assist with restaurant, golf reservations, tickets, and show bookings.
• Provide directions to Cape May spots and surrounding area.
