Job summary

Pilot Flying J in Tennessee is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and teammates. You will deliver excellent customer service, support managers, and ensure our facilities are clean, maintained, and running smoothly.

Starting pay ranges from $13.44 to $19.49 per hour with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Benefits include nationwide medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, flexible spending accounts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
