Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Services Associate in Rockford, IL to greet guests, train colleagues, and create a high-energy, welcoming environment at our center.

You will promote services and products, upsell wax passes, manage front-desk tasks, and help hit sales goals while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. Evening and weekend availability is required.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior retail or beauty industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
