Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor operations and supervise Guest Services staff.
• Direct daily operations for admissions, store, and lobby areas.
• Manage shift assignments, tills, and break rotations.
• Reconcile cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Open/close procedures and end-of-day reporting.
• Coach and train new and current Guest Services Associates.
