Job summary

The Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Guest Services Lead to oversee daily outside service operations and deliver an exceptional arrival and departure experience for members and guests.

This seasonal leadership role requires leading by example, training Outside Services Attendants, maintaining cart staging, practice facilities, and pace of play, while upholding Torreon’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outside service staff in hospitality or golf.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outside service operations.
• Ensure carts are cleaned, prepared, and staged to club standards.
• Oversee bag handling and storage with care and professionalism.
• Maintain the driving range, short game areas, and practice facilities.
• Monitor pace of play support and first tee organization.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the golf shop and outside staff.
• Assist with tournament setup, signage placement, and special event preparation.
• Train and mentor outside service staff on service standards and procedures.
• Ensure all areas remain clean and organized.
