Job summary

Torreon Golf Club is seeking a Guest Services Lead to oversee daily outside service operations and deliver an exceptional arrival and departure experience for members and guests. This position is seasonal and focused on professionalism, organization, and hospitality.

As the on-site leader for Outside Services Attendants, you will supervise carts, bag drop, range maintenance, pace of play support, and event setup, while training staff to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate daily outside service operations
• Ensure carts are cleaned, prepared, and staged to club standards
• Oversee bag handling and storage with care and professionalism
• Maintain the driving range, short game areas, and practice facilities
• Monitor pace of play support and first tee organization
• Serve as a communication bridge between the golf shop and outside staff
• Assist with tournament setup, signage placement, and special event preparation
• Train and mentor outside service staff on service standards and procedures
• Ensure all areas (bag drop, cart barn, staging areas) remain clean and organized

Position Overview

The Guest Services Lead manages cart staging, bag drop operations, practice facility presentation, and overall flow of play. This individual sets the tone for service culture by leading by example and providing direction, training, and support to Outside Services Attendants.
