Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and a team of associates. You will deliver responsive customer service, handle daily tasks, and support managers to keep facilities clean and running smoothly.

The role requires retail experience, strong math and computer skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation starts at $13.44 per hour and can reach $19.49 with performance, benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).
