Responsibilities

• Assist front desk with duties for Guest Service Aide, PBX Operator, Guest Service Agent, Reservationists, etc.
• Understand and operate the hotel's software and manage daily transactions and reservations.
• Post charges and manage room rates; train new Guest Service Agents.
