Job summary

Woodward Tahoe is hiring Guest Services Team Members for the upcoming winter season in Truckee, CA. This full-time/part-time seasonal role offers employee housing starting at $350/month, a free season pass to Boreal, Soda Springs, and POWDR resorts, and access to Woodward’s indoor training facility.

You will be the first face guests see, providing information, support, and troubleshooting across the resort.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to work during peak periods (holidays, weekends).
• Comfortable working with computers and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Sell and print lift tickets, season passes, and other resort products.
• Handle guest issues with empathy, patience, and problem-solving finesse.
• Direct guests to amenities, activities, and mountain operations.
• Assist with check-in and registration for camps, events, and rentals.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records in POS systems.
• Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth operations at main entrances.
• Communicate clearly with other departments to keep guests informed.
