Woodward Tahoe in Soda Springs, CA, seeks an Indoor Operations Crew Member to support Front Desk, Rentals, or Retail. You’ll help guests with tickets, passes, and gear, set up equipment, and explain access and pricing clearly.

Qualifications

• No experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail, guest service, or rental experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with families, kids, and first-time guests.
• Able to multitask and stay upbeat in busy indoor environments.
• Must be reliable and ready to work during holidays and weekends.

• Greeting guests with a positive attitude and helping them get tickets, passes, or rental gear.
• Setting up and adjusting ski and snowboard equipment for guests of all ages and abilities.
• Explaining mountain access, tubing, and ticketing info clearly and professionally.
• Supporting the indoor team during busy days by jumping in where help is needed.
• Answering questions and guiding guests with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Maintaining clean, organized workstations and assisting with rental gear check-in/check-out.
• Being a team player and learning all aspects of our indoor operations.

As an Indoor Operations Crew Member at Soda Springs, you’ll be hired into one of three key departments: Front Desk (Guest Services), Rentals, or Retail. Don’t worry — we’ll work closely with you to find the best fit based on your strengths, preferences, and experience.

This role is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in indoor resort operations while working with a supportive, close‑knit team. Whether you’re ringing up tickets, helping a family get geared up, or finding someone the perfect pair of gloves, you’ll be making someone’s day better with every interaction.

This is a Full-Time or Part Time, Seasonal position with employee housing available starting at $350/month.
