Powdr Corp. is seeking mountain operations crew members at Soda Springs and Woodward Tahoe/Boreal in Truckee, CA. This seasonal, full/part-time role includes housing starting at $350/month and paid at $18/hour with opportunities to learn across lift, tubing, and parking operations.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, join a small, supportive team, and gain hands-on experience in multiple mountain ops areas while enjoying discounts and a season pass to POWDR resorts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting guests and operating lifts safely and efficiently.
• Supporting tubing park operations including helping guests, maintaining lanes, and ensuring safe usage.
• Directing traffic and maintaining safe, organized parking during busy days.
• Scanning or checking tickets to ensure valid access to the resort.
• Jumping in to help wherever needed within Mountain Ops — snow removal, signage, queue setup, etc.
• Learning the ins and outs of how a mountain resort runs, from frontline guest service to behind-the-scenes operations.

Positions may involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and interacting with guests in fast-paced or high-traffic areas.
