Job summary

Focus on the Family is seeking a Hospitality Assistant in Texas to support meals and housekeeping for couples during events. This temporary role helps maintain a welcoming, tidy environment and supports ministry services.

You will assist in food service, housekeeping, and general hospitality tasks, with requirements including a Serve Safe and Chemical Training certifications and a readiness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in food service preparation.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Chemical Training Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals from predetermined menus for events.
• Serves guests and is sensitive to their needs.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining area daily.
• Follows Health Department Codes.
• Attends and maintains Chemical Training.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest cabins and spaces.
• Performs laundry as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
