Focus on the Family in Cave Creek, AZ seeks a Hospitality Assistant to support food service and housekeeping for couples in our Hope Restored program. You will prepare meals, serve guests, maintain cleanliness, and follow health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes faith-based care, customer service, and teamwork. Requirements include high school diploma, 1-3 years in food service, Serve Safe and Chemical Training, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1) High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2) 1–3 years of experience in food service preparation.
• 3) Must achieve and maintain Serve Safe Certification and Chemical Training Certification.

Responsibilities

• Food Service: prepares meals, serves guests, maintains kitchen and dining areas, follows Health Department Codes, maintains ServSafe certification.
• Housekeeping: cleans guest lodging spaces, offices, and shared areas, reports maintenance needs, handles laundry as needed.
