Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a friendly host to welcome guests, manage restaurant and TopTracer golf reservations, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, operating cash registers, guiding guests to attractions, promoting promotions, handling to-go orders, and assisting with events such as setup and bussing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred).
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a host for the restaurant and managing restaurant and TopTracer golf reservations.
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, serving customers, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions.
• Directing customers to attraction options within the facility.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance in the guest services area.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Handling to-go food and beverage orders.
• Assisting with events as necessary, including setup, bussing tables, and cleanup.
