• Assign guests to preferred tables while balancing server workloads.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to complaints and help resolve issues.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions.
• Know Bourbon and Brew menu details.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
