Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat guests per requests and rotation.
• Open and close procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges.
• Coordinate reservations and seating charts; answer telephones; oversee service, safety, and sanitation.
• Respond to guests' questions, requests, and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
