Job summary

FirstService Residential is hiring a Front Desk Associate in Atlanta, GA to be the face of our properties, interacting with residents and guests to deliver exceptional service. The role involves greeting visitors, managing access, handling deliveries, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the AEDT usage and compliance supporting fair and objective candidate evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
• Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues
• Maintaining daily records and forms
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed.
