Job summary

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch, part of Troon, in Bradenton, FL, is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. You will greet guests, answer calls, manage schedules and provide clerical support in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read/speak English, and weekend/evening availability. Proficiency with MS Office and Jonas/Publisher is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1 year of administrative experience or training.
• Ability to read and speak English to perform duties.
• Weekend and evening work availability.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, visitors and guests and guides them to the appropriate location.
• Answers and screens phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages and deliveries and distributes as needed.
• Performs clerical and administrative support tasks and basic filing/recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties as required.
