Guest Services - Front Desk Agent - Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI

Join our team at the Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI as a Front Desk Agent. We seek an enthusiastic, customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding service, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.

Shift flexibility: 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM shifts available. Take advantage of DailyPay to access your earnings any day. Refer a friend and earn up to $500.

Pay: $17-$18/hour. Part-time, with 3-4 days a week, mix shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests, assist with check-in/out
  • Accurately record guest information
  • Answer calls and respond courteously
  • Handle complaints professionally
  • Know hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
