Job summary

Del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, NY seeks a Front Desk Clerk to greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with courtesy and speed. You will assist guests with information, reservations, and payments, using our PMS system to ensure accurate bills.

Work includes answering phones, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping for special requests. Training is provided; nights, weekends, and holidays required. Pay range: $25.29-$28.10/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Demonstrable English-speaking skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes guest reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Promotes property features and amenities to guests by phone, computer, or in person.
• Handles guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints and resolves issues.
• Balances cash, checks, and departments at end of shift and follows cash handling procedures.
• Notifies Housekeeping of special requests, late checkouts, and needs.
