del Lago Resort & Casino in the Finger Lakes invites applicants for a front desk role focused on efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous service. You’ll check guests in and out, direct them to rooms, and provide information on checkout times. Daily tasks include guest relations and answering phones.

Pay ranges $25.29–$28.10 per hour. Previous casino experience isn’t required; training is provided to help you deliver exceptional hospitality and grow in your career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent guest service skills and clear English-speaking ability.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Process guest reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per brand and hotel procedures.
• Promote property features and amenities to guests via phone, computer, or in person.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate cash, check, and miscellaneous department balances at end of shift.
