Job summary

AH NICHOLSON LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent at Sonesta - BR - Baton Rouge to welcome guests and manage reservations. You’ll be the face of the hotel, handling guest requests and coordinating with team members to ensure a seamless experience.

You will assist with check-ins/outs, use brand management software, process payments, and help maintain a safe, clean lobby while delivering top-notch service. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Dedication, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior hotel front desk experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate brand management software.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull cleaning carts, and frequently stand, walk, bend, or kneel.
