Job summary

Trademark Collection by Wyndham is seeking Guest Service Agents to support Front Desk operations and serve as the face of our hotel for guests in Bemidji, MN.

You will greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, field phone calls, answer inquiries about the property, and help with reservations while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Occasional usage of stairwells.

Responsibilities

Job description

Guest Service Agents maintain our Front Desk operations and are the face of the hotel for our guests. Guest Service Agentsare responsible for greeting all guests that pass by the desk, assisting withcheck ins and check outs. They are responsible for fielding phone calls, answering inquiries about the property and information regarding the hotel, while booking reservations and everything in between. They maintain the hotel lobby appearance in keeping with our standards of excellence. This is a fun positionfull of hospitality. A great opportunity to serve people, engage in fun conversations and get paid while doing so.
