Job summary

Brown-Forman’s Woodford Reserve guest services team is hiring for Tour Guide, Guest Services Front Desk, and Tour Operations roles at the distillery. You will deliver walking tours and tastings, manage front desk tasks, and support bar and retail operations to create a memorable guest experience.

Candidates should have at least one year in hospitality or retail, be 21+, and flexible for weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, retail or spirits/wine industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry materials.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and build brand connections through brand storytelling experiences.
• Deliver 30- to 90-minute tours and tastings, including walking tours.
• Lead groups of up to 30 guests through the Woodford Reserve Distillery.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing Woodford Reserve heritage.
• Educate guests on production processes and expressions.
• Coordinate with Guest Services to verify attendance and demographics.
• Open and close tasting rooms following posted procedures.
