Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Set up dining room with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper supplies.
• Clear and remove dirty dishes and carry items to the dishwashing area.
• Refill water glasses and coffee; assist waiter/waitress as needed.
• Restock condiments and coffee; reset tables as required.
• Make coffee when necessary; promote Caesars Rewards programs.
• Check guest satisfaction and resolve service breakdowns.
• Promote the Caesars brand and provide a warm farewell.
