Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City is seeking a friendly food server to deliver outstanding guest service in our dining rooms. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience while maintaining orders and cleanliness.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong English literacy, and one year of food service experience. A valid NJ CER license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
• One year experience as food server.
• Some knowledge of food service.
• NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests in assigned dining area.
• Assist guests and employees when necessary.
• Greet guests upon arrival and escort party to table.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the dining room.
• Report all complaints to management on duty.
• Ensure schedules of food servers and bus persons; station groupings are assigned to each station.
• Distribute checks and handle comps, food coupons, and Player cards.
• Ensure proper check and cash control procedures are carried out.
• Acknowledge guest departures and cordially thank all guests.
• Complete special assignments for management as requested.
