Responsibilities

• Serve food at functions and set tables in assigned station.
• Ensure glassware, flatware and china are clean, polished and placed properly.
• Refill glasses, replenish bread and butter, replace ashtrays during meals.
• Remove dishes, silverware and condiments after guests finish entrees.
• Assist guests when leaving the dining room and communicate issues to management.
• Promote Total Rewards programs and card membership.
