Job summary

Mainspring Recovery is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Administration team in Lynchburg, VA. This PRN, hourly role supports guests, handles calls, and performs general admin duties with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate will have strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. Prior front desk or receptionist experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in Front Desk Receptionist or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.
• Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery.
• Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information in a welcoming manner.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provides general administrative support to staff as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
