Job Overview

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for scheduling spa services, greeting guests, and ensuring their satisfaction according to The Spa's standards. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, maintaining spa standards, and profit maximization.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Perform guest activities professionally, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Work cooperatively with management and staff to maximize guest satisfaction and profits.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Report safety hazards and maintenance issues.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the spa areas.
  • Promote and sell spa services and retail items.
  • Greet guests, verify schedules, and orient them to spa facilities.
  • Support other departments as needed and attend training sessions.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Work Schedule
  • The spa operates 12-16 hours daily, 7 days a week. Flexibility in shifts is required.
  • Work hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Required TABC certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn spa software.
  • Prior experience in a spa or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle pressure professionally and work flexible hours.
Physical & Safety Requirements
  • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Normal hearing and vision capabilities.
  • Attend safety training and follow safety protocols.
