Delaware North Gaming is seeking Front Desk Clerks to join Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. You will greet guests, register them, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

The position offers $15.00 per hour with flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior customer service experience is helpful, and paid training is provided to help you deliver exceptional guest service.

Formación

• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone; previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure from guests and supervisors.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork.
• Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed.
• Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
